- Sled Push (100m - 125kg Elite / 75kg Standard / 25kg Beginner)
- Sled Pull (100m - 125kg Elite / 75kg Standard / 25kg Beginner)
- Walking Lunges (100m - 30kg Elite / 20kg Standard /10kg Beginner)
Machines - Endurance and Power
- Row - 1k
- SkiErg - 1k
- Assault Bike - 2k
Strength Endurance
- Burpee Broad Jumps (100m)
- Wall Balls (50 Wall Balls)
- Farmers Walk (200m - 32kg Elite / 24kg Standard / 12kg Beginner)
