Whether you're preparing for a sprint distance triathlon or an Ironman, training for three disciplines can be overwhelming even if you are already a bit of a pro. 

Hiring a coach can make the world of a difference—not only with planning workouts, but also with keeping you motivated. Almost all triathletes can benefit from having a coach.

Why it’s important to have a triathlon coach?
There are so many reasons for it, but the main one is that if you work with a certified triathlon coach you will be able to make the most of every single session you do. In other words you’ll optimise your time and ensure each session is as efficient as possible.

A good coach will know when to push forward and deeper and also when to back off with regards to workouts, which will vary based on their experience level. Ultimately, for a beginner triathlete, a good coach can serve as a mentor and a motivator. 

Many experienced triathletes are able to plan their own training schedule, but a triathlon coach will always be much more objective. They can be more extensive with their programmes and training techniques. They will be able help you reach your real potential and he/she will optimise this process to the maximum.
